Utilization of Proceeds
Aditya Infotech intends to deploy the fresh capital to de-leverage its balance sheet and fund future operational expansion.
Primary Objectives of the Fundraise:
- Repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company and its material subsidiary, AIL Dixon.
- Financing capital expenditure (capex) requirements for ongoing and future manufacturing operations.
- Funding inorganic growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
- General corporate purposes.
Outperforming Multibagger Trajectory
Aditya Infotech's market momentum comes on the back of sharp financial growth and strong market tailwinds in India's physical and digital security hardware sectors.
For the first quarter of FY27, the company delivered a robust operating performance, posting a 332.48% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to ₹142.2 crore. Consolidated net sales rose 89.51% to ₹1,402.42 crore compared to the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Having listed on the exchanges in August 2025 at an issue price of ₹675, the stock has emerged as a significant multibagger on Dalal Street. The counter is up more than 150% year-to-date in calendar 2026, touching a 52-week high of ₹4,094.50 in mid-August. Analysts attribute the sustained institutional interest to the rapidly widening adoption of CCTV, biometrics, and artificial intelligence-powered surveillance solutions across enterprise, commercial, and government infrastructure projects throughout India.
