Mann Fleet Partners Secures SEBI Approval for Initial Public Offering — September 12, 2026

Chauffeured car rental and mobility solutions provider Mann Fleet Partners has received regulatory clearance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO).

The company, which submitted its preliminary draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to the market regulator in June, received SEBI's observation letter on September 8. In Indian capital markets terminology, the issuance of an observation letter constitutes formal clearance to float a public issue.

Issue Structure and Size

According to the draft regulatory filings, the public offering comprises:

  • A fresh issuance of up to 60.12 lakh (6.01 million) equity shares.
  • An Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of up to 19.10 lakh (1.91 million) equity shares by selling shareholders.

Promoters Parmjeet Mann, Amrit Pal Singh Mann, and Robin Singh Mann, alongside five other individual shareholders, will be divesting part of their holdings via the OFS component.

Use of Proceeds

Mann Fleet Partners plans to deploy the net proceeds from the fresh issue predominantly towards deleveraging its balance sheet.

Key Allocations:

  • Debt Repayment: Up to Rs 65 crore will be earmarked to prepay or repay outstanding borrowings. The company carried total outstanding debt of approximately Rs 75.6 crore as of May 2026.
  • General Corporate Purposes: The balance of the net proceeds will support ongoing operational and general corporate requirements.

Business Profile and Footprint

Headquartered in New Delhi, Mann Fleet Partners operates across the economy, premium, and luxury car and coach rental segments. The company delivers ground mobility solutions to corporate entities, government departments, foreign embassies, travel agencies, event management companies, and retail clients.

The firm's operating network spans 86 cities across six countries, including India, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Sri Lanka, and the United Kingdom. Its domestic presence accounts for the bulk of operations, covering 80 cities across India.

Lead Managers and Listing

Khambatta Securities is acting as the sole book-running lead manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services has been appointed as the registrar to the offer. The equity shares will be listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
