❓ How the technical score works
Twenty-two plain-English rules in five components of 20 points each:
- Trend — price vs the 20-EMA and 200-SMA, the 20/50/200 EMA stack, SuperTrend, ADX with direction, and the weekly trend.
- Momentum — RSI zone, MACD vs signal and zero, rate of change, Stochastic, and 3-month performance vs the Nifty 50.
- Volume — on-balance volume, Chaikin Money Flow, up-day vs down-day volume, and price vs the 20-day VWAP.
- Volatility — daily range (ATR %), position within the Bollinger Bands, drawdown from the 52-week high, and whether volatility is contracting.
- Support / resistance — room to the next resistance, a nearby support for a defined stop, a recent 20-day breakout, and proximity to the 52-week high.
75+ reads “strong bullish”, 60-74 “bullish”, 40-59 “neutral”, 25-39 “bearish”, under 25 “strong bearish”. The score describes the chart as it stands after the latest close — it is a checklist, not a forecast, and every stock's page shows exactly which rules passed.
