Sonaselection India Sets IPO Price Band at ₹94-₹99 Per Share to Raise ₹141.57 Crore

Rajasthan-based integrated fabric manufacturer Sonaselection India Ltd has announced the launch of its initial public offering (IPO), setting a price band of ₹94 to ₹99 per equity share of face value ₹10 each. The issue is scheduled to open for subscription on September 17, 2026, and will close on September 21, 2026. Bidding for anchor investors will take place a day prior, on September 16, 2026.

The entire public issue consists of a fresh issue of up to 1.43 crore (14.3 million) equity shares, aggregating up to ₹141.57 crore at the upper end of the price corridor. There is no offer-for-sale (OFS) component, meaning all net proceeds raised will directly flow into the company's balance sheet.

Issue Structure and Lot Details

Investors can bid for a minimum of 150 equity shares and in multiples of 150 shares thereafter. At the ceiling price of ₹99 per share, the minimum investment requirement for a retail applicant stands at ₹14,850.

Key Dates for the Public Offer:

  • Anchor Bidding Date: September 16, 2026
  • Issue Opening Date: September 17, 2026
  • Issue Closing Date: September 21, 2026
  • Basis of Allotment Finalisation: September 22, 2026
  • Credit of Shares & Refunds: September 23, 2026
  • Tentative Listing Date: September 24, 2026 (BSE and NSE)

Choice Capital Advisors Private Limited is acting as the sole book-running lead manager for the offering, while KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar to the issue.

Objectives and Use of Proceeds

Sonaselection India intends to allocate the capital raised through the fresh issue across three primary corporate avenues:

  • Debt Repayment: Approximately ₹80 crore will be deployed towards full or partial prepayment and repayment of existing bank borrowings, materially improving financial leverage and reducing interest burdens.
  • Capital Expenditure: Around ₹47.55 crore to ₹50.61 crore will fund the procurement and installation of modern plant and machinery at its primary Bhilwara manufacturing facility to expand capacity and operational efficiency.
  • Corporate Requirements: The remaining capital will support general corporate purposes and issue expenses.

Business Profile and Market Positioning

Incorporated in 2022, Sonaselection India operates in the textile spinning, manufacturing, and synthetic blended fabric space. The company's primary production base is located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan—widely recognised as one of India's prominent textile processing belts.

Its integrated manufacturing hub spans approximately 49,540 square metres with an annual processing capacity of 82.44 million metres. The company converts raw textiles into finished fabrics, specialising in 100% cotton fabric, cotton lycra stretch fabric, cotton blends, polyester blends, and polyester-viscose (P/V) processing. In fiscal 2026, the company broadened its reach downstream by entering readymade garment production through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sionnah Enterprises Private Limited, creating end-to-end integration across fabric weaving, processing, and apparel manufacturing.

The equity shares are proposed to list on both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited, expanding choices for domestic investors tracking small-to-midcap textile manufacturing equities.
