- The company raised ₹427.89 crore through its IPO, comprising a fresh issue worth ₹60 crore and an OFS worth ₹367.89 crore. The offering concluded with an overall subscription of 81.65 times, driven by institutional demand of 167.93 times. The company plans to deploy the fresh capital toward setting up a glass processing facility at Vile Bhagad.
