Six Mainboard Companies Line Up Rs 3,825 Crore IPO Rush Next Week

Fundraising momentum in the Indian primary market shows no signs of slowing down, with six mainboard companies preparing to tap Dalal Street next week to mobilize an aggregate of Rs 3,825 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs).

The upcoming public subscription window will run between September 22 and September 28, with the majority of the offerings scheduled to open for bidding on September 23.

Companies Tapping the Market:

  • Elevate Campuses: Heading to the market as one of the prominent issuances in the week's pipeline.
  • Varmora Granito: The ceramic and tiles manufacturer seeking fresh capital to strengthen its balance sheet and operations.
  • A-One Steels India Ltd: Bengaluru-based steel products manufacturer launching its public issue.
  • ArMee Infotech Ltd: Technology and IT solutions provider looking to dilute equity.
  • Swastika Infra: Infrastructure enterprise aiming to fund ongoing and future project pipelines.
  • Adroit Industries (India) Ltd: Industrial engineering component manufacturer opening its issue to the public.

Utilization of IPO Proceeds

The capital mobilized through the fresh issue components of these offerings will largely be directed toward funding business expansion, capital expenditure, working capital requirements, debt reduction, and general corporate purposes. For Indian retail and high-net-worth investors, the multi-sector slate presents an opportunity to participate across diverse operating models, ranging from infrastructure and steel to IT and building materials.

Strong Momentum in the Primary Market

The impending flurry follows a highly active start to September, which has already seen 17 IPOs conclude. Public market interest remains elevated with landmark offerings underway, including the long-anticipated public issue of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and textile player Sonaselection India Ltd.

With the addition of next week's six offerings, the total number of companies launching IPOs in 2026 is projected to touch 87, up from an already brisk August that hosted 23 issues.

"The primary market has clearly regained momentum, with July and August accounting for nearly 60 per cent of the Rs 83,062 crore raised through IPOs so far in 2026," said Kamraj Singh Negi, Managing Director and CEO of Pantomath Capital. He noted that the market possesses significant potential to surpass previous fundraising milestones, supported by a healthy issuance pace and a massive regulatory pipeline.

Robust Regulatory Pipeline

The broader issuance environment remains well-supported by market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Currently, as many as 167 companies holding valid SEBI approvals represent an estimated Rs 3.06 lakh crore in potential issuance size. Furthermore, another 71 companies looking to raise approximately Rs 1.60 lakh crore are currently awaiting approval, pointing to an active pipeline for the remainder of the financial year.
