Liqvd Digital intends to deploy the net proceeds from the fresh issue across strategic expansion and operating needs:

  • AdLift Stake Purchase: Rs 9 crore has been earmarked to fund the acquisition of a 23.21% equity stake in AdLift Marketing Pvt Ltd.
  • Video Production Hub: Rs 10.59 crore will be deployed toward setting up a full-scale video content production facility to meet growing multimedia demand.
  • Working Capital: Rs 6.57 crore will be allocated toward meeting incremental working capital requirements.
  • General Corporate Use: The residual funds will be utilized for general corporate purposes and potential future acquisitions.

Financial Performance

Liqvd Digital provides integrated digital marketing services, including creative design, performance media, search marketing, social media management, and web development. For the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 60.24 crore and a net profit after tax of Rs 8.03 crore.
