Primary Market Momentum Persists as 20 IPOs Aim to Raise Over Rs 1,257 Crore

Dalal Street's primary market remains in top gear, with 20 initial public offerings (IPOs) scheduled to hit the market this week to collectively raise over Rs 1,257 crore. The heavy pipeline comprises four mainboard offerings alongside 16 small and medium enterprise (SME) issues, following a blockbuster previous week that saw 28 offerings raise a cumulative Rs 7,260 crore.

The active calendar highlights continued retail and institutional liquidity seeking fresh equity paper, even as secondary markets navigate key technical benchmarks.

Mainboard Offerings to Raise Rs 595 Crore

The four mainboard issues scheduled for launch are set to raise a combined Rs 595 crore:

  • SRIT India: Leading the week's offerings, the Bengaluru-based IT and digital solutions provider is launching an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares to raise Rs 218 crore. The price band is set at Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share with a lot size of 115 shares. The subscription window runs from September 28 to September 30.
  • Vishal Nirmiti: The civil engineering and manufacturing company opens its Rs 178 crore issue on September 30, closing on October 5. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 145 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) worth Rs 33 crore, priced in a band of Rs 208 to Rs 220 per share.
  • Nityas Gems & Jewellery: The jewellery firm is seeking to raise Rs 108 crore via a fresh issue opening on September 30 and closing on October 5, with a price band fixed at Rs 70 to Rs 75 per share.
  • Shah Investors Home: Rounding out the mainboard segment, the company will tap the market as part of the Rs 595 crore mainboard capital mobilization.

SME Segment Drives Volume

The SME segment will see 16 companies raise the remainder of the capital, targeting nearly Rs 697 crore. The upcoming SME lineup includes Acme India Industries, Paramount Syntex, Dove Soft, EverestIMS Technologies, Black Opal Consultants, Vans Electroengineerings, Shree TNB Polymers, Pind Hospitality, Shivchem Agro, Acme Universal Safezone 9, TNA Solutions, SJP Ultrasonics, Eventions, Sollfege Smart Electronics, Omara Ventures India, and Papadmalji Agro Foods.

Busy Listing Calendar

Beyond fresh subscriptions, market participants will track a heavy listing schedule, with seven mainboard and 13 SME issues that closed previously making their market debuts.

Among mainboard debuts:

  • Varmora Granito is scheduled to list on September 29.
  • Adroit Industries India, Elevate Campuses, ArMee Infotech, and Swastika Infra are slated to list on September 30.
  • A-One Steels India and Moneyview are expected to list on October 1.

In the SME space, debutants include Vivekanand Cotspin, FX Multitech, and Robokidz Eduventures on the BSE SME platform, setting the stage for a critical gauge of listing-day risk appetite among retail and high-net-worth investors.
