Operating primarily out of the Chandigarh region, Omara Ventures India specialises in the design, curation, and retail sale of high-end diamond and gemstone jewellery. Its product line includes bridal, festive, occasion-based, and daily-wear pieces crafted with natural diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones, and precious metals including gold, silver, and platinum.

The company's financials demonstrated sharp acceleration leading up to the public offering:

  • Revenue from Operations: Surged from Rs 23.52 crore in FY25 to Rs 45.87 crore in FY26.
  • Operating EBITDA: Expanded to Rs 14.42 crore in FY26, up from Rs 4.87 crore in FY25.
