Jaipur-headquartered renewable power player Ultravibrant Integrated Energy Limited (formerly Ultravaibrant Solar Energy Limited) has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise capital via an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The issue features a face value of ₹10 per equity share and will be listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).

- Fresh Issue: Up to 1.20 crore (12 million) equity shares.
- Offer for Sale (OFS): Up to 25.00 lakh (2.5 million) equity shares by promoter selling shareholder Rajeshwer Singh.

Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the sole Book Running Lead Manager to the issue, while Niche Technologies Private Limited will serve as the registrar.
Objects of the Issue
The company plans to deploy the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily toward strengthening its balance sheet and funding operational scaling:
- ₹62.00 crore for meeting long-term working capital requirements.
- ₹22.00 crore for pre-payment or scheduled re-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings.
- The balance proceeds will be allocated toward general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in June 2019, Ultravibrant Integrated Energy operates across the renewable energy project lifecycle, functioning as an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor, an independent power producer (IPP), and an operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider. The company has built capabilities in ground-mounted and rooftop solar assets as well as utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
As of August 31, 2026, the company’s EPC order book stood at ₹65,451.41 lakh (approx. ₹654.51 crore). Its operational IPP portfolio comprised 31.25 MW AC and 39.90 MWp DC of solar installations, backed by a project pipeline of 37 MW AC solar capacity and a 50 MW / 200 MWh BESS order book. Additionally, it managed O&M contracts spanning 31 projects aggregating 116.23 MWp.

On the financial front, Ultravibrant Integrated Energy registered notable growth over the previous fiscal period. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a 58% increase in consolidated revenue, while profit after tax (PAT) expanded by 67% compared to the year ended March 31, 2025.
