📍 IPO / FUNDRAISING

  • ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (ICICI Pru AMC), a subsidiary of ICICI Bank Limited, has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO will include an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10% of the equity share capital held by Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited (PCHL). ICICI Bank Limited also intends to acquire up to 2% of ICICI Pru AMC's pre-IPO share capital from PCHL.

📍 DIVIDEND

  • RailTel Corporation of India Ltd: Received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a work order worth approximately ₹96.99 crore from Central Warehousing Corporation.
  • Valiant Communications: Secured an order valued at ₹433 lakh from Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL).
  • SPML Infra: Sanctioned enhanced credit facilities of ₹205 crore from a leading Indian PSU bank.

📍 REGULATORY / POLICY IMPACT

  • BSE Ltd: Shares dropped over 7% on July 8 following reports that SEBI might consider linking options trading exposure to cash market positions, which could restrict liquidity in the derivatives segment. Other capital market-linked stocks, including CDSL and WAM, also saw sharp declines.
