๐Ÿ“ ACQUISITION

  • Apollo Hospitals Enterprise announced its plan to acquire the remaining 31% stake held by International Finance Corporation (IFC) in its healthcare services arm, Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL), for Rs 1,254 crore. This move will make AHLL a fully owned subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals.

  • Adani Power has entered into a 25-year agreement with Bihar State Power Generation Company. The agreement is for the establishment of a greenfield 2,400 MW ultra supercritical thermal power plant.

๐Ÿ“ CORPORATE ACTION (Bonus Issue/Dividend)

  • Time Technoplast has fixed September 15, 2025, as the record date for its proposed 1:1 bonus issue. Shareholders holding one fully paid-up equity share of โ‚น1 face value on this date will receive one additional bonus share.
  • Interarch Building Solutions set September 15, 2025, as the record date for determining eligible members to receive a 125% final dividend.

Regular person-to-person UPI transaction limits remain unchanged at Rs 1 lakh.
