Supported by strong traction in digital sales and portfolio premiumisation, the company posted a sharp acceleration across both top-line and profitability metrics.
In its investor update, the company highlighted that rapid retail productivity gains, aggressive expansion in online and traditional trade, and strategic celebrity partnerships helped drive market share gains across its brand portfolio.

Channel Momentum and Brand Collaborations
Revenue growth during the quarter was driven by broad-based expansion across distribution platforms. E-commerce emerged as the fastest-growing vertical, delivering an aggressive 75% year-on-year surge. Traditional trade channels advanced 34%, supported by higher per-store productivity, while the exclusive retail channel grew 48% as the company widened its store footprint.

- Royalty Outgo: Royalty expenses increased to Rs 15.51 crore from Rs 10.53 crore.
- Celebrity Partnerships: Timex highlighted high-visibility campaigns, including Guess naming actor Tamannaah Bhatia as its watches brand ambassador to spearhead glamour-led product positioning, complementing ongoing brand activations across its core labels.
