Travomint Parent SNVA Traveltech Files Updated DRHP for 12.75 Crore Share OFS IPO
SNVA Traveltech Limited, the parent entity behind online travel platform Travomint, has submitted its Updated Draft Red Herring Prospectus-I (UDRHP-I) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as it prepares to tap primary markets for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The move follows the company's confidential pre-filing route initiated in early April 2026, which received regulatory observations from SEBI on August 6, 2026.
Pure OFS Structure
The proposed public issue comprises solely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 127,525,000 equity shares (face value of ₹1 each) by promoter selling shareholders Alok Kumar Singh and Vivek Kumar Singh. The offering contains no fresh issue component.
Because the entire transaction is structured as a secondary stake sale, SNVA Traveltech will not receive any proceeds from the IPO. All net proceeds will go directly to the selling shareholders in proportion to their tendered shares after deducting offer-related expenses.
Key Transaction Intermediaries:
- Book-Running Lead Managers: Equirus Capital Limited and Anand Rathi Advisors Limited
- Registrar to the Issue: KFin Technologies Limited
- Listing Bourses: BSE and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE)
Business Footprint and Financial Performance
Incorporated in 2017 and headquartered in Noida, SNVA Traveltech operates Travomint, a digital platform facilitating global flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, airport transfers, and travel insurance. The consumer-facing platform serves clients across more than 50 countries, supported by multi-currency transaction architecture and multilingual support.
The company reported significant growth heading into the public issue. For FY26, revenue increased 58.1% year-on-year, alongside a 73.7% jump in net profit, reflecting widening margins and operational scalability across international booking channels.
Significance for Indian Market Investors
SNVA Traveltech's filing adds momentum to the expanding roster of consumer technology and traveltech players listing on Dalal Street. While major domestic OTAs largely cater to domestic travel corridors, Travomint derives a sizeable footprint from cross-border flight and hotel bookings across overseas markets.
With the updated draft filed, merchant bankers will finalize pricing bands, issue dates, and retail allocation quotas subject to prevailing market conditions and final exchange clearances.
