Overnight, U.S. indices suffered their steepest decline in months as President Trump’s renewed tariff threats against European nations over the Greenland dispute rattled global investors. The S&P 500 tumbled 2.06%, effectively wiping out its year-to-date gains for 2026, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq plummeted 2.40%. GIFT Nifty and Domestic Cues
