• Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC): The retail portion of the Government of India’s Offer for Sale (OFS) opens today, February 26. The government is divesting a 2% stake at a floor price of ₹104 per share. Notably, the seller has decided not to exercise the oversubscription (greenshoe) option, limiting the total divestment to the base offer of 26.14 crore shares.

• Reliance Industries: Reliance Enterprise Intelligence (REIL) has become a step-down subsidiary of the company following a fresh share allotment. Meta Platforms, through its subsidiary Facebook Overseas Inc., has acquired a 30% stake in REIL for approximately ₹853 crore, strengthening the partnership between the tech giants.
• Balkrishna Industries (BKT): Known for its off-highway tyres, BKT has officially announced its entry into the domestic consumer tyre market. • Hexaware Technologies: The IT firm has expanded its global partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the adoption of generative AI solutions. The collaboration aims to provide specialized AI-driven transformation services for enterprise clients.
