• Apollo Hospitals Enterprise: The company has completed the acquisition of a 30.6% stake in its subsidiary, Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL), from IFC and IFC EAF for ₹1,254 crore. With this transaction, Apollo's effective shareholding in AHLL has increased to 99.4%.

• Ceigall India: The company’s subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects, has emerged as the L1 bidder for an NHAI highway project in Punjab worth ₹603 crore. The project involves a 6-lane access-controlled spur connectivity under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
• DCX Systems: The company has secured a fresh order worth ₹14 crore for the supply of cables and wire-harness assemblies.

• Union Bank of India: The state-owned lender successfully raised ₹30 billion through the issuance of long-term bonds via a private placement.
