📍 QUARTERLY RESULTS
- InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo): The airline reported a sharp 77.6% YoY decline in net profit to ₹549.1 crore for Q3FY26, despite a 6.2% increase in revenue to ₹23,471.9 crore. The results were impacted by higher operational costs and disruptions.
- DLF: The real estate giant posted a 13.7% YoY growth in consolidated net profit at ₹1,203.4 crore. Revenue for the quarter surged 32.2% to ₹2,020.2 crore, though EBITDA margins saw some compression.
- Bandhan Bank: Net profit plummeted 51.8% YoY to ₹205.6 crore. Net Interest Income (NII) also saw a decline of 4.5%, coming in at ₹2,688.3 crore.
- Premier Energies: The company reported a robust 53.5% YoY jump in net profit to ₹391.7 crore, driven by a 13% rise in revenue to ₹1,936.5 crore.
- Adani Total Gas: Reported a steady performance with a net profit of ₹158.7 crore (up 11.4% YoY) and revenue growth of 17% at ₹1,639.2 crore.
- Le Travenues Technology (ixigo): The company saw its net profit grow by 56.3% YoY to ₹24.3 crore on the back of strong travel demand.
- Syngene International: The firm faced a difficult quarter, with net profit falling 88.6% YoY to just ₹15 crore.
- Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle: The company turned profitable this quarter, posting a profit of ₹69 crore compared to a loss of ₹26.8 crore in the same period last year.
📍 ORDER WIN
- Ashoka Buildcon: The company has secured a fresh contract worth ₹307.71 crore from the PWD Daman for infrastructure development.
- Saatvik Solar Industries: A material subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy, the company received a solar PV module supply order worth ₹10.15 crore from a domestic IPP, scheduled for execution by February 2026.
📍 ACQUISITION & JVs
- ONGC: The state-run energy major has completed equity investments in two joint ventures with Japan’s Mitsui OSK Lines. ONGC now holds a 50% stake in Bharat Ethane One IFSC and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC to strengthen its logistics and ethane sourcing.
📍 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU)
- NTPC Green Energy: Signed a landmark MoU with the Uttar Pradesh government to develop a 1 Gigawatt Green AI Hub in Greater Noida, marking a major step into green-powered data centers.
