- BHEL: The governmentโs Offer for Sale (OFS) enters its second day today, opening for retail investors and eligible employees. The government is offloading up to a 5% stake (including a greenshoe option) at a floor price of โน254 per share, aiming to raise approximately โน4,422 crore.
๐ ORDER WIN
- Kernes Microsystems: The company has secured a significant contract worth โน411 crore from Banaras Locomotive Works for the supply of 505 KAVACH safety units.
- Larsen & Toubro (L&T): The infrastructure major has bagged a major road project in Dubai, further strengthening its international order book.
๐ QUARTERLY RESULTS (Q3 FY26)

- Netweb Technologies: Promoters are reportedly planning to sell a 3% stake through block deals today at a floor price of โน3,027 per share, valuing the deal at roughly โน515 crore.
