India's hybrid vehicle market registered 25,538 vehicles in June 2025. Volumes ticked higher 1.8% against June 2024, and edged down 3.6% on May.
Year to date, 1,81,309 units have been registered across 6 months, +4.1% on the same stretch of 2024 (1,74,126). The segment accounted for 1.2% of every vehicle registered in India that month.
June brings the monsoon onset, which sets the tone for tractor and rural two-wheeler demand for the rest of the year.
