Tata Motors (EV) led the month with 4,530 registrations — 48.6% of the electric car market — ahead of MG Motor on 3,464 (37.2%), a gap of 1,066 units. Tata Motors (EV) also led October.
The top three hold 91.5% of the segment; 17 manufacturers registered at least one electric car.

How electric is each car maker?
Every car maker's November 2024 volume, split into battery-electric and everything else (petrol, diesel, CNG and hybrid). Leave the EVs out and Maruti Suzuki leads the non-electric cars market with 37.9%.
Among the established makers, MG Motor has gone furthest: 62.7% of its cars were electric.
