India registered 65,035 e-rickshaws in December 2025, +39.4% on December 2024 and +14.2% on November.
Across the 12 completed months of 2025 to December, 5,60,180 e-rickshaws have been registered, +3.6% on the same months of 2024.

Zeniak Innovation India led the month with 4,069 registrations — 6.3% of the e-rickshaw market — ahead of Hooghly Motors on 2,742 (4.2%), a gap of 1,327 units. That is a change at the top: YC Electric led November.
Zeniak Innovation India has gained the most share against December 2024, +4.09pp to 6.3%; YC Electric has lost the most, −3.96pp to 4.2%.
The top three hold 14.6% of the segment; 503 manufacturers registered at least one e-rickshaw.
