How October went
India's hybrid vehicle market registered 41,362 vehicles in October 2025. Volumes eased 2.5% against October 2024, and rocketed 74.5% on September.
Year to date, 3,01,737 units have been registered across 10 months, −0.2% on the same stretch of 2024 (3,02,335). The segment accounted for 1.0% of every vehicle registered in India that month.
October is the festive peak. Navratri and Diwali make it the single biggest registration month of most years, so year-on-year comparisons swing on where the festivals fall.
