CNG Vehicle sales month by month, H1 FY 2024-25
India's CNG and LPG vehicle market registered 6,19,207 CNG vehicles in H1 FY 2024-25. Volumes grew strongly 18.2% against the 5,23,678 logged over the same 6 months of H1 FY 2023-24.
August was the strongest month of the period at 1,10,250 CNG vehicles and June the quietest at 95,930, an average of 1,03,201 a month. 5 of those 6 months grew on the same month a year earlier.
August runs into the start of the festive build-up, with dealers stocking ahead of Onam and Ganesh Chaturthi.
