About this screen
A company's quarterly shareholding filing names every public shareholder holding 1% or more. This list keeps companies whose latest filing names one that the previous quarter's did not: a fund, an insurer, a foreign investor or a person who crossed 1% by buying, through a placement, or because the share count changed. Names are compared as filed, so a holder whose name is written differently from one quarter to the next shows as new. The company's Ownership section lists the holders and marks the new ones.
