About this screen
Promoters, directors and senior employees must disclose their trades in their own company's shares, and the company passes each disclosure to the exchange within two trading days (SEBI's insider trading regulations). This list adds up the on-market purchases and sales of the promoters and the promoter group disclosed in the last 30 days and keeps companies where purchases exceed sales by ₹10 lakh or more. Gifts, transfers within the family, pledges, ESOP allotments and off-market deals are left out. A purchase is a record of one trade, not a forecast; the Insider Trades dashboard lists every disclosure with the person, the date and the value.
