About this screen
Every quarterly shareholding filing counts the company's shareholders. When the count falls while the price rises, fewer and on average larger holders own the shares, which is often described as accumulation; when many small investors buy into a rising stock the count rises instead. Both describe what happened, neither says what happens next. The shareholder change compares the latest filing with the one a quarter earlier; the price return is over the last three months, so the two windows overlap but are not the same.
